You can visit the factory shops. Most of the factory shops are located outside the city center near the Boleslawiec's Zklady factory itself. There is one of the factory on the other side of town. But getting there is well worth the travel. • This video should give you a good overview of how difficult it is to make Boleslawiec products. It takes a long time to make one piece. And as far as quality control goals, each part or piece is marked by the person that handled it. So when a piece gets to the end of the production line they are able to trace the exact manufacturing process back to the individual as well as the batch of clay.
