Hollow Knight How to Find the Shade Soul Spell Upgrade to Vengeful Spirit

In this video we cover how to upgrade the vengeful spirit spell to the shade soul spell. The upgrade will increase the size and amount of damage that the little knight will put out when shooting out his soul. This is very useful when fighting bosses. • One that the shade soul spell can pass through walls and obstacles where the vengeful spirit spell can't. • How to get the Shade Soul: • 1. Get an elegant key from Sly in Dirtmouth • 2. Fast travel to the King's Storeroom • 3. Head down and to the right (to the next bench) • 4. Continue down and to the right and make your way to a locked door • 5. Defeat the Soul Warrior that continuously spawns Folly enemies • 6.
