Sisig Salad | Kilawin na baboy • Ingredients: • leftover crispy pata, lechon or fried pork chops • 1 large tomato, minced • 1 med sized onion, minced • 1 thumb sized ginger, minced • 3 pieces calamansi • coconut vinegar • Salt and pepper to taste • cooking oil • Procedure: • 1) fry meat for 1-2 minutes;drain excess oil and chopped meat • 2) in a bowl combine vinegar,tomato,onion,ginger,calamansi,salt and pepper. • 3) combine the mixture and the chopped meat • 4) mix and serve • • This dish is called Kilawin na Baboy but I named it Sisig Salad. Since the preparation is grilled meat or it can be fried meat too. • Then added tomato,onion,ginger,calamansi and coconut vinegar. SO it is like salad fro me. I always do this whenever we have left over lechon or cripsy pata. • If there's none I fried pork chop or liempo and make a salad out of it.
