From the 1977 album 'Send It', the instrumental version of Bourgie Bourgie stayed as an album track until 1980 when the full length six minutes plus version was released in the UK (where it had become a Disco classic) as the B side to both the 7 and 12 of Love Don't Make It Right. However, they were pressed with a mastering fault where the track suddenly speeds up two thirds of the way though - luckily both the 7 and 12 also exist without the fault. ......................A Metropolitan Soul Fave Rave ! #MetropolitanSoul @MetropolitanSoul
