The 5-10-5 shuttle is run at nearly every camp or combine. The drill consists of rapid change of directions that does translate over to the field or court. • I wanted to provide you with a step by step approach on how to dominate this drill at a camp or implement it in your program as a coach. • In this video I review the first 5 basic drills that will help teach your athletes how to properly change directions.
