Demonstrating the first test of my 5-Watts-In, 55-Watts-Out QRP amplifier setup. It uses two IRF510s in a push-pull configuration, and generates between 50 and 60 watts when run on +27V. It has an alternate configuration which allows it to put out 15W on 13.2V power. • More info on my blogs: • http://kk9jef.wordpress.com [Ham Radio Specific] • http://jeff.glass/blog [All things] • Design inspired by and derived from the following projects: • A Broadband HF Amplifier Using Low-Cost Power MOSFETS (WA2EBY) http://www.golddredgervideo.com/kc0wo... • Simple Cheap 50W PA (G0KLA) http://www.g0kla.com/scpa/SimpleCheap... • 25 Watt Linear for Dual Bands (VU2ESE) http://hfsignals.blogspot.com/p/25-wa...
