Get the recipe: https://www.dimitrasdishes.com/lavrak... • • Ingredients • 2 pounds Mediterranean Sea Bass • salt, to taste • freshly cracked black pepper to taste • olive oil • For the Ladolemono dressing: • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice • 1/2 cup olive oil • 1 teaspoon dried oregano • 2 garlic cloves, grated • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional) • Instructions • Preheat the oven to 400 °F, 200 °C. • Cut slits on the exterior of the fish (both sides). • Drizzle olive oil on top and inside the fish and season with salt and pepper. • Place the fish on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper. • Roast for 20 minutes. • Place all of the ladolemono dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until creamy and emulsified. • Serve the dressing alongside the fish along with bread and lemon wedges.
