Here's a quick (15 - 20 minute) #kettlebell workout that'll have you performing at least 100 snatches and 50 two-hand swings. Great whenever a quick calorie burn is needed. • It goes: • 10 snatches (each arm) with a light(ish) kettlebell • + • 10 two-hand swings with a heavy(ish) kettlebell. • For example, snatch with a 16 - 20kg kettlebell, swing with a 32 - 36kg kettlebell.
