In this video, we show you the best way to a pressure switch for 115V and 230V pumps. This method will work for any pump that runs directly off of a pressure switch - including jet pumps, well pumps, lake pumps, cistern pumps, booster pumps, and more! • If you're replacing a pressure switch, all water pressure must be relieved from the system before you remove the old switch. With the power OFF, open the nearest tap (usually a hose bib on the tank tee) until the pressure gauge reads 0 PSI, then close it. Leave the power off until you're ready to test the new switch/check for leaks. • Be safe when working on/around electrical devices. Always turn off the power to the pressure switch before you work on it. If you're not 100% confident in your safety do not do the work yourself, instead call an electrician. • Subscribe “Ring the Bell”: http://bit.ly/2CpXSsv • Have a question or need help selecting equipment? • Live chat with us on our website: https://www.rcworst.com • Call our experts: 855.329.4519 • Email: [email protected] • ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Our Social Media • Facebook:   / rcworst   • Instagram:   / rcworstcompany   • Twitter:   / rcworst   • LinkedIn:   / r-c--worst- -co--inc-   • ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • We are a distributor of pumps, packaged pumping systems, on-site wastewater treatment equipment, on-site wastewater treatment systems, and custom electrical control panels for water and wastewater applications, water well supplies, drilling supplies, and water treatment equipment.
