An important part of the Glion student life starts with the Glion Ambassador Program. The mission of this program starts with the integration of students. It’s important that students feel part of the Glion family, and the Glion Spirit. • Our Glion Ambassadors have the responsibility to represent the school as well as enhancing the student life. The purpose of this program is to develop students' leadership skills, enabling them to achieve a future of excellence. • Operated on our three campuses, Glion, Bulle and London, those motivated students are proudly representing our values and setting a great example to all of us. The role of ambassadors is to represent our institution during Open Days and VIP visits, to act as a link between the student body and our leadership team, and to lead ambitious initiatives to enhance the student life. • Each semester our Glion Ambassadors are attending exclusive workshops and following pertinent training sessions. They are collaborating with various departments and learning true experiences. In one world, they are gaining skills and giving back to the Glion community. • Let’s hear what our Glion ambassadors have to say. • I joined the Ambassador Program because it’s an excellent opportunity for personal and professional developments, as well as an opportunity to integrate in the school life, both with the faculty as well with the students. • I think it helps yourself to grow, to get more responsibilities, and also to get involved in the social and student life. • I am here in Glion to further my skills. By joining this program, it helped me to run for what I have learned and what I have experienced before. I think it is a very good chance for me to enhance my leadership skills, my communication skills and public speaking. • It is an opportunity to do something from the students to the students, and to be involved in the student life. • I chose to become an ambassador because I wanted to represent the school. It was amazing to see myself becoming a leader within the school, having a team behind us, having different events which we have to organize from completely the beginning until the outcome, and seeing friends and students being happy to work with us together. • The Ambassador Program offers us a solution to give and enhance more into the time management and organizational skills. I think in my mind it is very important to have this adapted to your future career and also for your potential job you would get after the Master’s. • I get to practice my leadership abilities but being an active leader within the school, lead a few projects, and progress on my teamwork. • I feel a sense of belonging to Glion even before joining. I feel like these experiences can be shared, and I can help future students understand why this university is the place to be.
