DEATH THREAT FROM ALLIED UNIVERSAL GUARD First Amendment Audit

On Sept. 19, 2023 we were just down the street from our condo grabbing some lunch at Popeyes and it was gonna be 12 minutes for another chicken breast so we decided to conduct a quick First Amendment audit and aim our cameras at the Bank of America down the street to see if they would recognize and respect our right to take photos and video in public. • What would happen next was one of the most shocking things we’ve encountered yet doing First Amendment audits. • We happened upon an Allied Universal security guard who, not surprisingly, was oblivious to the First Amendment. He advised us we needed to have permission from the bank before taking photos of the bank.
