Christmas decoration on Sao Miguel, the Azores, is just like from a fairytale. We took a few days and visited the biggest cities and villages on the island, to check out the Christmas decoration. • The island is quite religious, so they know how to celebrate holidays properly. We visited the following towns and villages to see the decoration: Nordeste, Povoacao, Furnas, Vila Franca do Campo, Sete Cidades, Ribeira Grande and Ponta Delgada.
