Riding with a tired or worn out bottom bracket can be one of the most annoying things you have to endure on a bike, as you sit for hours on end having to feel and listen to the bearings creaking and grinding away, plus it's harder to turn those pedals too! We start by stripping out the old Raceface bottom bracket from this Cotic Rocket bike, and replacing it with one of our own BB386 30mm threaded bottom brackets.
