For my final feature this week, I present a release of raw woodland ambience from the depths of the darkest verdant realms. An enchantment of bleak solitude and disorienting somnambulance. • Dreamworld is the debut release from anonymous dungeon synth entity, Ancient Dreamer. Six hypnagogic meditations recovered from antiquity; gritty soundscapes weathered by the passage of time. • I have had this on steady repeat plays since the artist unveiled it in July, and now I am posting it, somewhat belatedly, to mark the sold out run of cassettes through Realm and Ritual in the recent August batch of tapes.
