Mormons and LGBTQ with Richard Ostler

Richard Ostler joined us for this episode to talk about something very important: LGBTQ and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, otherwise known as the Mormon church. • For quite some time, the restored Church of Jesus Christ has been scrutinized for their position on LGBTQ issues. Not enough love has been expressed to those who align LGBTQ and, according to Richard Ostler, members of the Church need to do a better job at loving ALL people, regardless of sexual orientation. While the Church agrees that an eternal marriage is between a man and a woman sealed in a temple, the Church believes on showing Christlike love to all people.
