Eternity Mode is the hard modded difficulty for Expert, and Masochist is a semi-joke extreme difficulty mode activated when you enable Eternity in a Master difficulty world. You can only do this after you kill the final boss of Fargo's Souls Mod on Eternity difficulty in another world. I did that illegitimately with a butcher function so I could experience Masochist on my first playthrough. I'm going in blind, and I'll try to refrain from peeping at the wiki.
