Prepare the ingredients. After pouring hot water over the deep-fried tofu, cut it into a size that is easy to eat. Cut the green onion diagonally and slice the ginger into thin slices. • 2. Place sesame oil in a pan and fry ginger, deep-fried tofu, and green onion lightly. • 3. Add sugar, mirin, soy sauce, dashi(soup stock) and water, cover and simmer over low heat.
