I'm clarifying the current ADHD diagnosis criteria. This is the criteria used in the UK and the USA from the DSM 5. • I made this because I'm seeing a lot of videos about ADHD (particularly on TikTok) where one or two traits being described lead to people wondering if they might have ADHD.
