This helps stabilize your pelvis and stops it from moving. • For a scoliosis with the apex to the right, also called a reverse S curve or Reverse C curve place your right hand on your left knee. • This brings the ribs forward on that side as this type of scoliosis commonly has a rib hump on the right side. Then take your left hand above your head and lean down to the right. This stretches the left side of the curve which is the concavity. Do this 10 or 15 times and synch the movement with your breath.
