After watching a lot of Youtube videos I went with this method to waterproof the roof of my cargo trailer. Before application I power washed the roof, hand washed with soapy Dawn solution and then wiped down with alcohol (not shown), I then taped the center seam with Flex Seal tape and then coated tape and surface with Henry white silicone material. While I thought I had a roof leak I know think I had a heavy condensation problem due to poor interior roof insulation job.
