Taste it and you will not change this recipe ever! • 🥣 RECIPE • Ingredients • 3 eggs • Salt - Pepper • 100 ml of milk • 200 g strained yogurt • 200 gr feta cheese • Olive Oil • 500 g crust sheets • Water • Method • We start our recipe by taking a bowl and beating the eggs together with a little salt and pepper. Then add the milk, yogurt and stir. In the process, add the grated feta cheese and continue mixing. • Then, take a 40 × 27 cm baking pan, oil it and put a single crust sheet folded in half. Then add another 3 sheets, one on top of the other, which we oil them in between and finally, spread the 1/4 of the filling with the cheese on top of the last sheet. • Repeat the same process 3 more times, until we run out of crust sheets.
