Experiment around to find your favorite! • For this video, we made: • 1 Cup Napa Cabbage • 1 Cup English Cucumber • 1 Tsp Salt • 1-2 Pinches of Dried Seaweed • 2 Red Chili Peppers • Press for 1-1/2 to 6 hours • Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week, but we recommend eating as soon as possible as there are no preservatives.
