Let’s add some pumpkin spice magic to it! 🍁 Here’s how to make a dessert that’s as creamy as nonna’s tiramisù, but with that warm, spiced flavor we all crave in fall. Pronti? 😋 • Ingredients: • 200 g ladyfingers • 300 ml strong coffee • 4 tbsp rum (optional) • 500 g mascarpone cheese (cold) • 3 large egg yolks • 120 g sugar • 250 g pumpkin puree • 300 g heavy cream (cold) • Pinch of salt • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon • ¾ tsp ginger • ½ tsp nutmeg • ¼ tsp cloves • Cocoa powder for dusting • Steps: • 1️⃣ Whip it up! • Beat egg yolks and sugar together until fluffy. Add mascarpone, pumpkin puree, and all the spices. Mix well. • Add cold heavy cream and beat until thick and creamy. • 2️⃣ Coffee Time! ☕ • Brew some strong coffee and let it cool.
