Lie back on it with your face directly below the cable curl bar. • Then, grab the bar using an underhand grip with your arms extended and your elbows slightly bent. • • Your back should stay flat on the bench or on the mat, and your elbows should point forward. This is the starting position. • (First Movement) • Now, exhale as you pull the bar by flexing your biceps. • Continue the movement until the bar is close to your forehead and your biceps are fully contracted. • (Second Movement) • Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly raise the bar back to the starting position. • (General Tips) • Only your forearms should move during this exercise, so be sure to keep your upper arms stationary.
