Several years ago I purchased this LEM Jerky Cannon and have only used it a few times. I don't know why I don't do it more often because it DOES make some extraordinarily good snack sticks with the LEM Backwoods Snack Stick seasoning mix. • Smoking these snack sticks on the Traeger Timberline 850 gave perfect results. The Traeger's ability to run at 165°F creates a perfect environment for smoking/drying these beef snack sticks.
