Delhi will begin unlocking slowly from Monday as the COVID-19 positivity rate is at 1.5 per cent with only 1,100 new cases being reported, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said. India recorded 1.86 lakh new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, the lowest since April 14.
