As an educator I believe that the more we learn about different products and offerings from different companies tge more we grow as stylists. I know that the majority of stylist don't exclusively limit themselves to only one brand in their work. That being said, I like to try as many different products as I can so I can speak from experience when educating about products and be able to suggest items that are similar in different brands. • This lightner is different than any product I have ever used before. Different volume developers give you different amounts of lift (1= 3 levels, 2= 6 levels 3 = 9 levels) and the charcoal does have a cooling effect on the blonde but also makes it difficult to see where you have lifted to. Although, I guess it's not much different than when we first start using a lavender or blue tinted lightener, we just need to train our eye to see what that level is through the product. • Another cool feature that I didn't realize this product offered and I don't know of with any other lightener that does, they have a level 0 developer it is used for purifying and the processing time on that is 10 minutes. So I definitely plan on playing more with this lightener and letting you know how it works out. • I'm a little worried in the ingredients because I see titanium dioxide and sodium metasilicate and obviously charcoal that there may be metallic salts involved in some level which can lead to compatibility issues with other professional colors so I definitely want to investigate that more before moving from mannequin to actual guests. • To be continued...... • • #charcolite #review #highlights #blonde #blondehair #difiaba @difuaba #tualatinhair #tualatinstylist #educator #colorexpert #productreview #doesitwork #alwayslearning #learning #stylist
