The White Negroni was another cocktail created out of necessity. British bartender, Wayne Collins, was in Bordeaux France and didn't have Campari and Sweet Vermouth on hand to make a classic Negroni. He substituted for French aperitifs, Suze Gentian liqueur and Lillet Blanc for a more subtly bitter and earthy Negroni. • The White Negroni is one of many great and easy to recreate cocktails featured in 3-Ingredient Cocktails by Robert Simonson. • BUY A COPY OF 3-INGREDIENT COCKTAILS: https://stevethebartender.com.au/go/3... • INGREDIENTS • 30mL Plymouth Gin (1 oz) • 30mL Lillet Blanc (1 oz) • 30mL Suze Gentian Liqueur (1 oz) • METHOD • 1.
