The Department of Labour and South Africa at large are under pressure to create and sustain jobs, as the unemployment rate riches 40%. The DTI, Labour, and Productivity SA are celebrating 25 years of their training and employment creation program called Workplace Challenge. It has created more than 50,000 jobs so far.
