Of course the Bigsby vibrato is essential to the classic Gretsch Duo Jet Je ne sais quoi , and this Bigsby is matched with an Ebony Base, Space Control Roller Bridge for excellent intonation and resonance. A pair of Filtertron humbucking pickups are responsible for the Gretsch Duo Jet 's fat, yet biting tone that you've heard on so many early rock n roll, country, and rockabilly records, enhanced by inidividual and master volume controls, 3-position pickup switch, and a 3-position master tone switch.
