Replace the low beam headlight bulb on a Chevy Impala. Replacing the low beam requires removal of the headlight assembly. Chevy made headlight bulb replacements really easy on the Impala! The headlight assembly can be completely removed with 1 plastic retainer and 1 screw which gives access to all of the headlight bulbs on the front headlight. You can replace the high beam, low beam, and turn signal within 5 minutes of opening the hood on your Chevy Impala. • A lot of modern cars have limited to no access to the headlight bulbs and sometimes requires the removal of the front bumper.
