I visited my friend’s house that they recently purchased in Zolfo Spring, FL where the previous owner planted galangal to do wholesale. Galangal seems to love the FL soil, as you can see they are growing crazy. It only took a year and half to get this big and ready to harvest. They spread so fast that you don’t have to worry about making money. This is the biggest galangal farm I have ever been to and I am loving it. My friend wants to grow other varieties of fruit trees so they are selling all these galangal plants to whoever wants to harvest them.
