She shows how to use Contrast Paints, rust effects, wet blending, dry blending, and more as she creates her cast iron and mahogany Black Coach for her Warhammer Age of Sigmar Nighthaunt army! • Check out the Paint with Me playlist for more painting videos! • • Paint with Me! • Materials Used: • Magnetization (not inc.): Neodymium magnets Grey Stuff • Primed w/ airbrush (not inc): Vallejo Mecha Airbrush Primer - Ivory • Moldline Coverage (not inc): Vallejo Plastic Putty • Cast Iron: Citadel Technical Typhos Corrosion • then Vallejo Mecha – Pure Black • Ghost Cloaks: Citadel Contrast Basilicanum Grey followed by a second coat on the downward sides once the first layer dried • Mahogany: 1:1 mix of Citadel Contrast Cygor Brown and Citadel Contrast Fyreslayer Flesh • then Citadel Layer Skrag Brown • Ghostliness: Citadel Contrast Aethermatic Blue • then a semi-mixed mix of Citadel Contrast Apothecary White, Citadel Contrast Shyish Purple, and Citadel Contrast Talassar Blue, • and Citadel Contrast Aethermatic Blue (when blending the above mix into the original colour) • then a 1:1 mix of Vallejo Mecha Airbrush Primer – Ivory and Citadel Contrast Aethermatic Blue • Metal, Bronze: Vallejo Game Air – Brassy Brass (with Citadel Contrast Cygor Brown in the skull eye sockets) • followed by Citadel Technical – Nihilakh Oxide • Metal, Steel: Army Painter Plate Mail Metal • then Citadel Shade Nuln Oil, followed by Vallejo Game Effects – Rust • Leather: Citadel Contrast Snakebite Leather • Curtins: 1:1 mix of an opaque banana yellow (see Chimera video for recipe) and Citadel Contrast Gryph-Hound Orange • then a highlighting of the banana yellow • then a blood drench and spatter effect using a 2:1 mix of Citadel Contrast Apothecary White and Citadel Contrast Flesh Tearers Red with a few touch ups of just the Flesh Tearers Red • Coffin: 1:1 barely stirred mix of Citadel Contrast Apothecary White and Citadel Shade Nuln Oil, followed by thin stripes of Nuln Oil • Book: on the design, Vallejo Mecha – Pure Black, on the pages, Citadel Contrast Skeleton Horde and on the cover, a 1:1 mix of Citadel Contrast Volupos Pink and Citadel Shade Nuln Oil • Lantern Light: 1:1 mix of an opaque banana yellow and Vallejo Mecha – Floruescent Green, covered by Citadel Technical Hexwraith Flame • Base (not inc.): covered with Vallejo Earth Textures – Dark Earth, with rocks, Warhammer skulls, and Army Painter Tufts added arbitrarily, and then semi-covered with Citadel Shade Nuln Oil here and there for variance in colour. • Please Like and Subscribe if you enjoyed the video! • If you like what we're doing and wish to support our channel further (thank you!! :O ): • Patreon: / swordnsteele • Paypal Tip Jar: https://paypal.me/swordnsteele • And we now have merchandise! • https://teespring.com/stores/sword-n-... • All support goes into building more videos!!
