Porotta can be substituted to make Kothu chappathi and Chicken can be substituted with Beef and potato curry to make beef kothu parotta and vegetable kothu parotta respectively with this recipe. • #keralastreetfood #chilliparottarecipe #eggkothuporotta •    • KERALA PAROTTA | വീശാതെ നാടൻ പെറോട്ട ...   - Link to Kerala parotta ( പൊറോട്ട ) recipe in malayalam • INGREDIENTS • Kerala Porotta - 5 • Kerala chicken curry - 1 cup (boneless chicken gravy) • Eggs -2 • Coconut oil - 2 tbsp • Big onions sliced small-2 • Ripe tomatoes sliced small -2 • Green chilli cut small -1 • Mustard seeds -10-20 • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp • Salt -1/2 tsp • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp • Pepper powder -1 tsp • Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp • Garam masala -1/2 tsp • Coriander leaves - 1 twig • Curry leaves - 1 twig • RECIPE • 1. Take an aluminium kadai. Add oil. Keep high flame. When oil hot add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds start to explode. Lower flame and add onions and saute. Add salt and turmeric powder and saute. Do not brown it. • 2. Add curry leaves, green chilli, tomato and ginger garlic paste and saute. • 3. Add shredded or minced parotta and mix well. • 4. Add spices and coriander leaves and chicken curry and mix well. • 5. Make a well in center add 2 eggs and wait 10 seconds then mix well. • 6. Take a stainless steel cup with sharp edges and mince the chilli parotta into small pieces. • 7. Remove flame. Now kothu parotta is ready to eat. • Music courtesy - Alison by Jason Shaw
