Try these apple roses for a dessert that will impress your guests! • INGREDIENTS: • 1 sheet of puff pastry • 3 apples • 1 lemon • jam to taste • sugar to taste • cinnamon to taste • PREPARATION: • 1. Cut strips of puff pastry. • 2. Cut the apples into very thin slices, put them in a bowl with water and lemon juice and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power. Alternatively you can blanch them. • 3. Brush some apricot jam on the pastry and add the apple slices, then fold the pastry over itself. • 4. Roll up the pastry and shape your rose. Add sugar and cinnamon to the top. • 5. Bake at 190° for 20 minutes. • 6.
