Spring Quiche Recipe | Spinach, Onion, Tomato, Cheese Quiche • With spring in the air, I wanted to share with you this tasty and colorful springtime quiche recipe! Fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, green onions, spinach, and cheese cheese cheese makes for the perfect quiche quiche quiche. It is for sure that you will love this recipe. Since the tomatoes sit on top, they get an almost roasted flavor which paired with the fresh basil, tastes incredible! Needless to say we had to start all over lol. • • MY HOMEMADE PIE CRUST RECIPE: https://goo.gl/fYCGnw • • KEEP AN EYE ON ME: • • INSTAGRAM:   / mrsbudzyn   • • FACEBOOOK: https://goo.gl/VYPIVs • • SNAPCHAT: CBUDZYN5 • • GOOGLE+: https://goo.gl/h1bWyR • ------------------------------------------------- • • | Ingredients | • 1 9-Inch Pie Crust • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded • 4 Green Onions, Chopped • 1 ¼ Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed and Squeezed Dry • ¼ Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped • ¼ Cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled • 1 10-Ounce Pack Cherry Tomatoes, Halved • 6 Large Eggs • 1 ¼ Cups Milk • 1 Teaspoon Salt • ½ Teaspoon Pepper • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper • | Directions | • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. • Grease a 9 inch pie pan and arrange pie crust in the pan. Set aside. • In a mixer, beat eggs, milk, cayenne, salt, and pepper for 2 minutes. • In your pie crust, sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly across the bottom. Continue layering the fixings in the following order. Cheddar, green onions, spinach, basil, feta, then halved tomatoes. • Make sure each layer is spread evenly. • Pour eggs over the quiche. • Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the center doesn’t wiggle when you shake it and the top has a faint golden brown color. • Allow to cool 15 minutes and enjoy!
