Char Broil 3in1 Big Easy Review

We're taking a look at my recently acquired Char Broil SRG (Smoker, Roaster, Grill) • Here are the pros cons • -It is a Fantastic roaster/oil-less fryer. • This cooking method yields faster cooking times great results. • -It is Not a smoker. At it's lowest setting the inside temps run 325°+... Over 100° hotter than a traditional smoker. The smoke box adds essential flavor, but it doesn't change the fact that this is just Not a low slow smoker. • -It is an OK grill. • It makes perfect grill marks and cooks fast. • It will Not, however, give the classic 'grilled' flavor. • The flame is not directly below the food, therefore there is no vaporization of drippings. By its design, the cooking grate itself is very difficult to clean. • In the end, this will not replace your traditional grill (especially if you're a charcoal or wood person).
