Freehub engagement isn't something I've given much attention to until recently riding lot more off-road trails and thinking about where things are headed in the future of indoor trainers and responsiveness (Race Mode!). This took me down the rabbit hole of investigating all my current freehubs and smart trainers... and inevitably upgrading the DT Swiss 350 road hub on Mrs Lama's bike from a 18T ratchet system to 54T points of engagement.
