Shrimp Boil--- Borderline Eleven! • 1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes • 3 ears corn • 1 package andouille sausage • 1 stick unsalted butter • 2 Tablespoons Old Bay seasoning • 3 garlic cloves minced • 1 lemon • Fresh chopped parsley • Wash and cut potatoes in half. Shuck corn and cut in 3 sections each. Boil corn and potatoes 8-10 minutes. Drain well. Lay out evenly on a large foil lined baking. Melt stick of butter on medium heat. Add garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes. Stir in Old Bay. Add sliced andouille sausage and shrimp to the baking sheet. Then pour butter mixture evenly over the top. Bake for 18 minutes on 375.
