Hi everyone, • I wanted to make a video talking about the full moon and how it might be affecting your symptoms. A close friend of mine in withdrawal pointed out my pattern around the full moon, and since I’ve been coaching for about a year now, I am noticing more and more of this in my clients. I’ve talked quite a bit on this channel about the tinnitus course I took, and in his book, he talks about how with tinnitus alone, many of his clients and people that he has coached have major spikes around the full moon. His theory around that is that it’s due to parasites. I’m not sure if that is the case or not, or if it’s different with just tinnitus than it is with the whole aspect of drug withdrawal, but I thought it was something worth noting. I do believe that not always trying to figure out why waves happen is important, but at the same time, if something is very consistent for you, then it’s something to at least observe. I’ve never advocated being afraid of something, but I think if you can have the mindset of 'this might be contributing, it tends to happen for me, and so I’m just gonna ride it out until it’s no longer a problem,' I think that can bring some comfort to people. • So what has been your experience around this? Have you ever noticed that you feel worse around the full moon?
