Please do come say hi! • The Recipe • Ingredients per person: • 1/2 cup or 45g porridge oats • 1/2 cup or 125ml water or milk • 2 teaspoons chia seeds • 1 banana, mashed • 1 tbsp peanut butter • Directions: • Mix everything together in a plastic tub before you go to bed. • The next morning your oats will be soft and ready to eat, straight from the tub. • Add a splash more liquid if you'd like them looser, and feel free to top them with fruit, nuts seeds, honey or another spoon of peanut butter.
