Today we're going to be taking a look at the Peterson License Plate Bracket. It's going to be steel and a nice upgrade whether yours is just bent or rusted, or if you're rewiring some new lights and you just want a nice clean look. As you can see, it is illuminating our license plate real nice. It's going to keep you nice and legal, just so you don't have any trouble going down the road. So installation of this bracket is extremely straightforward. • • If you have existing lights, you're going to have to take those off. Basically, we have two holes that'll be on the underneath of this bracket and it's just going to use these two bolts that we use to fasten down on our tail light. You put that in between your tail light and your trailer, tighten it down. Make sure it's bending out towards the outside, just so you get that angle. Make sure that you put it on your driver's side of your trailer so you can utilize this third light here to illuminate your license plate.inaudible 00:00:59 steel license plate carrier is going to be a upgrade to all the plastic ones you may have. • • It's going to bend a little bit if you bottom out, but it's not going to break like the plastic ones will. It's going to be the standard size that you need to put your license plate on. Mounting hardware does not come with the kit, so definitely grab some at your local hardware store.And as you can see here there is a nice divot in there, so it'll hold those bolts pretty tight. We do have a little bit of angle here and that's going to give it the perfect amount of angle to catch that light. That's going to be underneath your driver's side tail light to illuminate this perfectly. • • So you won't have any troubles getting pulled over for not being able to see your license plate.
