Winter, starting to show in our table now 😀😃 • Here we have aaloo matar, and keema Bhaji i .e;spinach, dill and fenugreek • ▪️Add cumin, cardamom, cinnamon , green chillies and cloves to oil, let it splutter. • ▪️Add one small onion sliced and sauté until it it’s pink brown. • ▪️The 400 gm mince was already marinated with 1 1/2 tspn of salt, 1/2 tsp. turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tspn red chili powder, 2 tspn Coriander powder and 1/2 tspn of garam masala and 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste. • ▪️Sauté the mince on high flame and keep it covered to simmer. • ▪️Once the mince is cooked, add finely chopped greens.
