Salmon Cakes 🐟🌿 • Follow @drmattcooks for more recipes! • A quick and easy dinner or meal prep recipe that you can make in less than 30 minutes! I try not to use canned meats too often, but this is a great way to get relatively clean and healthy protein when you’re busy with life. Serve with some veggies and some rice, pasta, or potatoes. Enjoy! • Ingredients: • -two cans of canned salmon • -1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs • -1/4 cup mayo • -2 tbs dijon mustard • -1 tbs Worcestershire sauce • -juice of half a lemon • -2 tbs olive oil • -1 tbs garlic powder • -1 tbs onion powder • -1 tbs Old Bay or Lawry’s seasoned salt • -freshly chopped herbs (I chose dill and parsley) • Dipping Sauce: • -1/4 cup mayo • -juice of half a lemon • -1 tsp horseradish • -1 tsp garlic powder • -salt and pepper • Instructions: • -add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well • -grab a baseball-sized handful and form into 1/2” thick patties • -spray with oil and air fry for 10-15 minutes at 400F until golden brown • -add the dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well • -enjoy! • #salmon #salmonrecipe #recipes #dinner #mealprep #easyrecipes #healthyfood #cleaneating #cooking #eatclean #eathealthy #airfryer #dinnerideas #fishrecipes #mealideas #quickrecipes #simplemeals #eatathome #protein #highprotein #budgetmeals #food #foodie
