Apricot Oil made in Old Traditional way has completely different taste . Apricot oil is great to use in winters . This will warm you up!! • Apricot oil is made using a big stone . Apricot seeds are first taken out from its shell in traditional way. Then it is smashed in stone pit which is further grinded using stone. Seeds now turn into paste which is put on heated stone specially made to extract oil. Paste is then rubbed again and again on heated stone until the oil comes out. • We made traditional giyaling ( pan cakes) from eggs, flour and milk. Which we ate with apricot oil. • You can use apricot oil as cooking oil, eat with bread, add to cakes and use the way you like.
