Hiking Southern Californias Tallest Mountain Mount San Gorgonio 11503 ft

Ever wanted to hike Southern California's tallest mountain? Join me as I show you how to climb Mount San Gorgonio in the San Bernadino Mountains and National Forest. Starting at Vivian Creek Trailhead it took us 4:20 hr to make it to the peak and summit of San Gorgonio Mountain. The hike is a strenuous 17.5-mile round trip hike with an elevation gain of over 12,000 feet, around 6,000 up and down in one day. • Camping is also an option but would take two days to reach the summit, I recommend you camp at High Creek camp and make the push to the summit the next day. Also please make sure you leave no trace when using this public land.
