Michael Arnstein has been a competitive runner since he was 13 years old and has been a fruitarian since 2008. Michael eats 25-30 lbs of fruit daily to keep his carbohydrate intake high and his fat intake low for maximum performance. His diet has helped him improve with his running skills dramatically to achieve so much with ultra marathons.
