Erika (Erich Gonzales) starts working at the hospital as an administrative staff. To welcome her granddaughter, Rosemarie (Tessie Tomas) gives Erika some words of encouragement and later invites her for dinner. Unbeknownst to Erika, Rosemarie hatches a plan to discover her knowledge regarding Fabian's (Dante Rivero) syndicate group. Meanwhile, Agatha (Erich Gonzales) continues to keep a close watch on the Almedas. Elsewhere, Tonyo (Ejay Falcon) invites Carrie (Erich Gonzales) to the bar where he works. • Driven by her desire to be part of the Almeda family, Agatha (Erich Gonzales) sneaks into the family's mansion. Not long after, Agatha finds herself in Carrie's (Erich Gonzales) bedroom, and there, a valuable possession attracts her eyes. Meanwhile, Rosemarie (Tessie Tomas) continues to dig up the truth regarding Fabian's (Dante Rivero) missing ledger. Soon, a surprise visit from someone baffles her. Elsewhere, Carrie opens up about her personal dilemma to an unlikely person. • With their wedding day just around the corner, Samuel (Enchong Dee) and Carrie (Erich Gonzales) come to a mutual agreement to end their relationship for good. This decision soon puzzles both the Hechanovas and the Almedas, who were looking forward to their union. Worried about her hospital's future, Rosemarie (Tessie Tomas) is compelled to make a crucial step to appease her investors. Frustrated by the sudden changes of their project, Andrea (Maika Rivera) passes the leadership role to Erika (Erich Gonzales).
