#chillipaneer #snack #foodrecipe • Dry Chilli Paneer • Servings - 2 - 3 • INGREDIENTS • Paneer - 370 grams • All purpose flour - 30 grams • Corn flour - 45 grams • Salt - 1 teaspoon • Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon • Water - 80 milliliters • Oil - for shallow frying • Oil - 2 tablespoons • Ginger - 1 tablespoon • Garlic - 1 tablespoon • Green chili - 1 tablespoon • Onions - 90 grams • Bell pepper - 250 grams • Salt - 1 teaspoon • Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon • Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons • Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon • Vinegar - 1/2 tablespoon • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon • Water - 50 milliliters • Spring onions - for garnishing • PREPARATION • 1. Take 370 grams paneer and cut it into cubes. Keep aside. • 2. In a mixing bowl, add 45 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 80 milliliters water and mix it well to make a batter. • 3. Now, dip the paneer cubes in it and coat the pieces well. • 4. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry these until golden brown and crispy from all sides. • 5. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside. • 6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon green chili and saute for 1 - 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color. • 7. Then, add 90 grams onions, 250 grams bell pepper an saute the veggies for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat. • 8. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and mix it well. • 9. Now, add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar and mxi it well. • 10. Add the fried paneer cubes in it and give it a nice stir. • 11. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well. • 12. Pour the mixture into the pan and mix it well. • 13. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on low heat. • 14. Garnish with spring onions. • 15. Serve.
