How to Balance Propeller using cheapest and accurate method with cheap rod

I have an OCDAY propeller and used it for my quad copters. One day I lose the balancing rod and I bought a rod that sold on local online shop. Surprisingly, it cheap and very accurate when I balanced the props using clinometer on my iPhone.
